KENDRA S. CANAPE

Kendra Canape is an associate with Keesal, Young & Logan in its Long Beach office. Her practice includes a wide variety of civil litigation and corporate advice. Ms. Canape's practice has focused primarily on arbitration and mediation of securities-related issues and disputes, as well as civil litigation matters for clients in the maritime industry.

Ms. Canape received her B.A. degree in political science and a minor in history from the University of California, San Diego in 2005, and her J.D. from the University of San Diego Law School in 2008. During law school, Ms. Canape competed in various Mock Trial and Moot Court competitions. In the 2007 Philip C. Jessup Moot Court Competition, she placed First Overall and was awarded Second Place Oral Advocate. While at the University of California, San Diego, Ms. Canape was named to the Dean's List 8 times during her four years there. In addition, Ms. Canape was a four-year competitor for the Women's NCAA Volleyball team and the NCAA Track & Field team, where she was a four-time first team All-Conference selection, named a First-team All-America selection, and set 4 school records.

Ms. Canape is admitted before all state and federal courts in California.
