Nicolas Vikstrom is an associate with Keesal, Young & Logan in its Seattle office. Mr. Vikstrom's practice includes a wide variety of civil litigation and corporate advice. His maritime practice includes investigating and litigating maritime casualties, marine pollution incidents, personal injury claims, cargo claims, and other traditional maritime matters. His practice also includes commercial and real estate lending litigation and employment and general corporate advice.
Mr. Vikstrom graduated magna cum laude from the George Washington University with a B.A. in criminal justice in 2002 and a Master of Public Administration in 2003. As an undergraduate, he was a member of the men's varsity tennis team at the George Washington University. Mr. Vikstrom earned his J.D. from the University of Washington in 2006. In law school, he was an editor for the Pacific Rim Law & Policy Journal and published his comment, Creating a System for Citizen Participation: How the Nonprofit Sector can Provide Citizens a Voice in Tokyo's Urban Development System, 15 Pac. Rim L. & Pol'y J. 331. He also participated in the Berman Environmental Law Clinic.
Mr. Vikstrom is secretary of the board of directors for Seattle Tilth, a non-profit organization supporting local food systems and organic gardening.
Mr. Vikstrom is admitted to practice in Washington State.
