Law & Politics magazine–along with the publishers of the Los Angeles and San Francisco magazines–publishes an annual list of the top 5 percent of practicing attorneys in each state, spanning more than 60 areas of practice. Designated “Super Lawyers” are selected through a peer balloting process conducted by a research review panel, and “Rising Stars” include each state’s finest up-and-coming attorneys.
