Keesal, Young & Logan is proud to report that Jennifer Miranda, in the firm’s San Francisco office, and Kim Blessing, in the firm’s Long Beach office, are among the select maiden group of eDiscovery professionals to pass the rigorous Certified eDiscovery Specialists Certification examination.
The CEDS credential is earned by individuals who have proven experience in the field and are able to tough and objective measures of mastery of the challenging field of eDiscovery. The certification program is administered by the Association of Certified eDiscovery Specialists (ACEDS), a BARBRI professional organization and the premier membership organization of professionals in the field worldwide. Since the exam was first offered in November 2010, professionals in the United States, Canada, the UK, South Korea, Germany and China have earned the CEDS certification.
Keesal, Young & Logan’s “KYL Keeps You Learning” framework has produced four CEDS credentials as well as the ACEDS 2015 eDiscovery Person of the Year, a fete unmatched by any other law firm.
